Meet our instructors!
The Rogers Activity Center has an indoor three-lane track which is great for walking, jogging, running and/or callisthenic workouts regardless of weather conditions.
We also have a cardio/weight room equipped with ellipticals, treadmills, and bicycles. The room features top of the line Paramount strength training equipment, as well as free weights.
Classes are offered various times throughout the day for your convenience. Classes are included with your membership!
