GABRIELE CAMPBELL-MUSCLETONE, SILVERSNEAKERS
Gabi is a certified personal trainer through the
Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). She has experience working with a wide variety
of populations through many different fitness domains
including strength and conditioning, injury prevention,
endurance training and exercise management for persons
with chronic disease and disabilities. Along with
teaching group exercise classes she enjoys riding her
bicycle. Gabi says that riding a bike is feeling like a
Debbie’s fitness journey started in 2006. She wanted to
make better choices with food, exercise and being active
and what she learned along the way she wanted to share
with others. Debbie received her group fitness and Spin
certification and teaches spin on Tuesdays and Thursdays
at the RAC. She enjoys encouraging others, playing
outside, running, biking, relaxing in a hammock and
sharing a smile.
Jenny started teaching Zumba Fitness in April 2011.
She’s never really liked working out, but always enjoyed
fun music and dancing. The first time she tried Zumba
she was hooked and started teaching classes 3 months
later. Jenny is a mom of 3 young children and own 2
businesses with my husband. We all live busy, hectic
lives, so I try to give you a quick, full body workout
in a fun, inclusive environment. No matter your fitness
level or dance background, Zumba Fitness is for you!
RACHEL WESTLAKE -MIXXEDFIT
Rachel has studied various forms of dance over the
years. She decided to combine her love of dance with
fitness in order to become a dance fitness instructor.
Rachel is currently certified to teach three different
dance fitness formats: MixxedFit, BollyX, and Sharqui -
the Belly Dance Workout. As a dance fitness instructor,
she enjoys getting others moving and motivating them
toward their fitness goals. She loves getting to help
others on their personal fitness journeys. Plus, dancing
is just FUN!!! Come join the party!!!
LINDA MAYO TILLERY-YOGA
Linda Mayo Tillery is originally from Russellville and
moved to NWA after graduation from Arkansas Tech
University. She works as a wastewater engineer at Water
and Environmental Testing of NWA, the company she owns.
In her spare time, she has been teaching and sharing her
love for yoga for 4 years. She has a 200 hour
certification in Baptiste Power Yoga, a 200 hour
certification in Kriya Yoga (a combination of styles)
and a 90 hour Kid's Yoga certification. She lives in
Springdale with her husband Scott and daughter Roxanne.
PAT TALBOTT-YOGA, PILATES, MUSCLE TONE, SPIN
Pat started practicing and falling in love with yoga in
1993 while suffering with a back injury. After doing a
few classes (from the tv) she was amazed at how much
better she felt and from that day forward Yoga became a
big part of her life. Pat took her first actual class in
2002 and loved it so much she got certified and started
sharing her love of Yoga with everyone.
Pat’s Yoga classes vary from power/vinyasa to
restorative – I try to teach to the needs of the class
whether it’s for stress relief, deep stretching or
strength by combining poses for strength, balance or
stretching with the breath and movement. There are so
many poses and modifications that everyone, any size,
shape, age, and physical condition can do it and you do
it at your own pace. Yoga is noncompetitive,
nonjudgmental, - I am truly inspired by everyone.
When not sharing Yoga, she share’s my next love – the
Gong – the healing vibrations are so amazing.. Pat
enjoys teaching Yoga, Hot Yoga, Pilates, Spin, Weight
classes, and when not teaching she loves digging for
quartz crystals, crocheting, making jewelry, and
absolutely loves being Oma to her handsome grandson.
Yoga is a blessing.. it’s a gift that you give yourself

CANDY WAGGONER-SILVERSNEAKERS, STEP
Candy is a native of Rogers and graduated from RHS. She
has one daughter and has been married for 39 years.
Candy has been teaching dance since 1990 and taught at
Rogers School of Dance for 15 years. She started
teaching aerobic classes at the Walton Life Fitness
Center for 15 years and now has the pleasure teaching
tumbling at the RAC for over 10 years. Currently she is
teaching aerobic and youth tumbling classes at the RAC.
MAUREEN NEAGLE-SILVERSNEAKERS YOGA
Maureen has been ACE certified fitness instructor since
1989 and active with the SilverSneakers® Fitness Program
since 2007. Maureen teaches the SilverSneakers® yoga and
CODY STEUSSY-CYCLEXTREME, POP PILATES, POUND
Cody considers himself a "unicorn" instructor. He
always strived to be a little different. His workouts
are all about the energy we give and get from each
other. Cody began falling in love with Yoga and Pilates
after finding my body hurting after high impact
workouts. Doing this, he discovered that he no longer
needed those high impact workouts for results. This led
him to start teaching Barre, Yoga, Pop Pilates, POUND
and Cycle. Come give it a try, I promise you won't leave
